Responsibilities:
- Host engaging live webcam sessions to promote the High Society Models brand and connect with viewers worldwide.
- Interact with audiences in a professional, approachable, and entertaining manner to foster community engagement.
- Collaborate with our team to create themed streams that align with agency campaigns and boost visibility.
- Share approved stream highlights or promotional content on personal social media (optional, with agency support).
- Maintain a professional on-camera presence while adhering to brand and platform guidelines.
Requirements:
- Must be 21+ years of age (due to adult industry regulations).
- Previous webcam modeling, streaming, or content creation experience is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable performing live on camera and engaging with an online audience in real-time.
- Charismatic, confident, and positive personality with strong communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection, quality webcam, and a professional streaming setup.
- Interest in joining a supportive, female-led community that prioritizes model empowerment.
- Must comply with platform guidelines and legal regulations for adult webcam modeling.
- Open to applicants worldwide (excluding the US and UAE due to insurance restrictions).
Compensation:
- Once verified as a selected webcam model, you will receive a $500 payment for your initial live-streaming sessions.
- Earn 55%-70% of credits (1 credit = 55p) based on our unique Progression Scheme, with agency fees starting at 15% and reducing to 0% as you advance.
- Additional earnings through viewer tips, competitions, and incentives (e.g., £50-£210 weekly prizes, luxury giveaways like Louis Vuitton items or 5* holidays).
- Weekly payouts every Monday, with “On Request Pay” for immediate access to earnings and a low minimum payout of 15 credits.
- Managers and Assistant Managers earn £25-£100 weekly (£108.33-£433.33 monthly) while paying 0% agency fees.
